8 Home Remedies to Treat Shortness of Breath

1. Practice deep breathing

5. Stand with back support

Relaxing all your body parts, stand against a wall and try gentle breathing.

 

6. Try sleeping in a relaxed position

And by that we mean sleeping on your back with pillows to support your head and a pillow under your knees or lie sideways with a pillow between your legs.
